从毛开始，新中国每一代“行政官员”任内，都会主动“著书立说”：提出自己“特色”的“语录和见解”。用以：对应天时，优良传承，彰显时代，彪炳后世。“上行下效”，从古至今。也算是我国“官场文学”独有的一种“创作形式”。

“唱赞歌”的程度，是ta们唯一的区别。

A Unique "Creation Form" of My Country's "Official Literature"

Beginning with Mao, each generation of "Administrative Officials" in New China, would take the initiative to "Write Books and Make Speeches": to put forward "Quotations and Opinions" with their own "Characteristics". It is used for: Corresponding to Time of the Day, Good Inheritance, Highlighting times, and Shining brightly in future generations. "Up and Down", from ancient times to the present. It can also be regarded as a unique "Creation Form" of my country's "Official Literature"

The degree of "Singing Hymns", is the only difference between them.
