一场“由上往下的修改”？一场“刨根问底的删除”？“重写”或“撕毁”？“误传”又或者是“拦截”？……或许这些，对“文件”操作“大相径庭”的方式，最终指向，也都是：要让“所有人”，共同参与——起草、完善和执行——“每一份单独文件，让它，从此没了吃人的机会！”
