1、成分
- 体制内（社区工作人员，大队长）
- 大学生、或刚毕业（参与社会实践、“镀金”，主力）
- 然后再是物业、保安、退伍军人、公安……（配合“相关部门”工作）
报名的志愿者，听候大队长统一“调遣”：“20人”一组、分管不同小区……一个社区，整个街道，全域覆盖。间杂，混入些“捞油水”、“获取方便”的社会人士。大体上，都是些：“无条件”服从命令的“积极分子”。
2、主要工作
信息录入和秩序管理，男女分工明确。
3、目的
“无用”，谁才不会主动去当“志愿者”呢！“志愿者”，有时候，也可以成为“特权”某种形式的代表。（2022.10.06 10:26）
